Mr. Lowe is an associate with Erickson Law Firm A.P.C. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University Of San Diego School Of Law in May 2009. He earned his Bachelors in Economics from the University Of Michigan in 2005.

Mr. Lowe focuses his practice on the unique legal issues facing school districts and community colleges, including employer-employee relations, employee disciplinary matters, layoffs, land acquisition and building construction, Title VII, Title IX, the ADA, FEHA, Title 5, the Ralph M. Brown Act, the California Public Records Act, and other State and Federal Laws. Mr. Lowe has represented schools and college in disputes with, investigations by, and matters before the Public Employment Relations Board, the Department of Education, the Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, the EEOC, the Fair Employment and Housing Commission, and in arbitration.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lowe clerked at San Diego Superior Court and worked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the San Diego City Attorney’s Office. During law school, he was the honored recipient of the Alec L. Cory award at commencement and was a founder and Articles Editor for the Journal on Climate and Energy Law and the school’s Equal Justice Works Coordinator.

Mr. Lowe is a member of the California State Bar and the San Diego County Bar Association.
